Overall Thoughts:
1995 was one of the WWF's low points and this PPV was the low point of 1995, which tells you all you need to know. Why in a tournament involving Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker did Mabel defeated Savio Vega in a final? Hell, any of the other 7 guys would have been better victors than Mable. Even this decision aside this is an extremely poor event with pretty much no redeeming qualities.
